Lateral Incisor

Gage has his 1st tooth! We noticed this while we were in Dallas last weekend. Notice anything strange? Yes, it is on top. No, it is not a front tooth. It is his Lateral Incisor!!!! WHAT??? I had no idea that this was possible. Apparently it is! I just always thought that your bottom 2 central incisors were the first to come in!
Do you see that little white thing in his mouth? It's a tooth!

I've been referencing this chart a lot lately!

Buddy is having a rough time with his mouth pain.

BUT he has a great support team!

Destination Dallas!

This past weekend we headed north to Dallas to go visit Auntie Jaklin while her sweet husband Uncle Nick was out of town! This was my first long road trip with the kids!!! And I must add that they are AWESOME little travelers! We had a wonderful time and LOVED our time with Auntie Jaklin!
Geared up and ready to go

A pit stop to eat and let the kiddos move around a bit!

And within minutes upon arrival, Auntie Jaklin took us to this AWESOME park just blocks from her home.

Then, we made a trip to NorthPark Mall for a little dinner & shopping.
Charly slid the NorthPark planters

AND because we are funny... we texted this picture to Dadda and said "Charly wants to move to Dallas". Then Dadda kindly responded back saying "Quit corrupting my sweet daughter" !!!!!

Jaklin & Charly baking Banana Chocolate Chip muffins! YUM!

OKAY, get ready for this... Saturday we strolled through The Arboretum. WHAT WHAT WHAT!!! I had no clue this place existed. It is unbelievable. It is beautiful. And we will be back. I totally would recommend driving to Dallas to go. We are going to go back before Christmas to take pictures with Santa.
AND on another note... because I am a dork, I did not bring coordinating outfits for the kids. They are in the most random outfits. So much for using these on our Christmas cards :)

Ummm YES... this is a gourd hut.

PRICELESS...

Hay animals

The white pumpkin hut.

All the sidewalks were lined in pumpkins.
