Wednesday, we had another follow-up appt with Gage's Cardiologist.
We received wonderful news! The hole is getting smaller!!!!!! What a blessing this is!
At our last appt in May, the hole hadn't changed in size and we got the feeling that Dr. Johnson wasn't too optimistic that the hole would close or get any smaller. So this was a huge surprise!
SO, since Gage continues to have no symptoms and his growth is on target, we do not have to go back for 1 year! YAY! I remember from our first visit back when Gage was just a few weeks old, Dr. Johnson said, "When I tell you that I don't want to see you for a year, that's when you know He's doing well."
So here we are, On a yearly schedule now! SO THANKFUL.
