Just For The Month Of August...




SO, I've been struggling back and forth wether to post this or not. So here goes. August is going to be "get in shape girl" month for Momma. I am horrible at sticking to exercise routines and eating well on my own, so this is solely for accountability reasons. I am hoping that having to log, type out and share with you my daily actions will help me reach my healthy weight loss goals. This is strictly an "eat right and exercise" plan. No diets, drinks or pills. So what I've decided to do is keep a daily log on this blog of the following...
1. Daily Exercise
2. Daily Food Log
3. Daily Water Count
4. Weekly weight loss. (Praying that there will be some!!!!!)
I promise to keep it short-n-sweet and a little light hearted in hopes that this will not bore you or offend anyone; as I know there are way more important and fun things to blog about! And I will continue to post those as well! So with that said...BRING-IT-ON August! Here we go!
