Breakfast- egg sandwich (1 large brown cage free egg; 2 pieces of wheat toast)
Lunch- tuna salad (1 can low sodium chunk white albacore in water. I added Miracle Whip, Mustard & pickles) Eaten with 1 serving of sweet potato chips instead of bread.
Dinner- Sliced Turkey Sandwich (from RailRoad BBQ)
Snacks- total throughout the day: 7 Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate w/ Almond Nuggets; 1 serving of Sundried Tomato Wheat Thins.
Drinks- 5 bottles of water = approx. 10 cups; 2 glasses of sweet black iced tea.
Exercise:
25 full sit-ups
50 walking lunges
25 push-ups (from knees)
25 jumping jacks
Thoughts on Day 1... I REALLY wanted a Dr. Pepper (but I didn't) and I have a real snacking problem. I was shocked at how many times today I had to stop myself from walking into the kitchen and grabbing a bite of something random. I had to keep myself busy so I wouldn't think about it!
