Day 3 Food Log
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs (Large brown cage free) 1 piece of wheat toast.
Lunch:
PB&J on wheat bread. 1 serving of sweet potato chips.
Dinner:
1 beef filet, 1 baked potato (topped with yogurt, salt and pepper) and steamed zucchini.
Snacks:
total throughout the day- 1 serving Sundried Tomato Wheat Thins, 1 serving yogurt pretzels, 1 Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate w/ Almonds nugget.
Drinks:
5 Bottles of water = 10 cups
Exercise:
None- Took kids to the pool, but there was not much exercising going on!
