Day 4



Day 4 Food Log
Breakfast:
egg sandwich (1 large brown cage free egg) wheat bread
Lunch:
Small Turkey Sandwich on wheat from Thundercloud Subs. Added avocado, black olives, tomato & ranch dressing.  1 serving of Baked Lays BBQ flavor.
Dinner:
Sliced Turkey Sandwich (from RailRoad BBQ); 10 french fries
Snack:
total throughout the day: 4 Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate w/ Almond Nuggets; 1/2 serving peanut butter crackers (3 crackers); 10 dark chocolate covered almonds.
Drinks:
4 bottles of water = 8 cups; 2 glasses of sweet tea; 1 glass of chocolate milk.


Exercise:
12 minutes on treadmill (2 minute run/walk intervals); 30 full sit-ups/side to side touches with 6 lb weighted ball; 30 standing chest presses alternating sides using 30 lbs;  10 minute spin on elliptical at 5 resistance.
