Day 5






Day 5 Food Log
Breakfast:
Chocolate & Oats Fiber One Bar; half serving of Original Wheat Thins w/ 1 slice of cheese
Lunch:
Homemade Chicken Salad Sandwich on wheat bread (chicken, miracle whip, mustard, grapes, celery); 1 serving of Sweet Potato chips
Dinner:
Cobb Salad w/ crispy chicken. jalapeno Ranch dressing (From Hill Country Ranch Pizzeria)
Snacks:
total throughout the day: 15 dark chocolate almonds; 4 Hershey's special dark chocolate w/ almond nuggets; sweet potato chips dipped in homemade chicken salad.
Drinks:
4 bottles of water = 8 cups
