Day 8 Food Log
Breakfast:
Chocolate & Oats Fiber One Bar
Lunch:
6" turkey sandwich on wheat from Subway (added tomato, black olive, ranch dressing); 1 serving Baked Lays BBQ flavor.
Dinner:
2 ground beef crispy tacos (made at home) added corn, salsa, mexican cheese.
Snacks:
total throughout the day- 8 Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate w/ Almond Nuggets. 2 servings Wonton strip chips.
Drinks:
4 bottles of water = 8 cups; 2 glasses of sweet tea.
