Day 6 & 7




Day 7 Food Log
Breakfast:
Chocolate & Oats Fiber Bar
Lunch:
Panera Bread Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich.
Dinner:
2 Pancakes with maple syrup; 1 piece of peppered bacon
Snacks: 
total throughout the day- 6 Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Nuggets; 1 serving Original Wheat Thins w/ 1 slice cheese; Zucchini pizzas (Recipe above)
Drinks:
4 bottles of water = 8 cups; 1 glass of choc milk

Exercise:
None... boo!






Day 6 Food Log
Breakfast:
1/2 bowl oatmeal
Lunch:
Flauta Salad w/ Ranch dressing (Mamacita's Mexican Restaurant)
Dinner:
6" Turkey Sandwich on wheat from Subway (added tomato, black olive & ranch dressing) 1 serving Baked Lays BBQ flavor.
Snacks:
Total throughout the day- 4 dark chocolate covered almonds; 5 Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Nuggets; leftover homemade chicken salad w/  1 serving sweet potato chips; 4 Peanut Butter Crackers
Drinks:
2 bottles of water = 4 cups; 2 glasses of tea; 1 glass choc milk

Exercise:
None...boo again!
